Revenue challenges

As a one person operation, covering a large area with a large population it is difficult to wear both the Editor/Content Provider hat and the Salesman hat. There are not enough hours in the week. Finding a balance has been very hard, and I have been unable to generate enough revenue to hire a full-time ad sales person.
