Effective engagement practice

My most effective method of engagement is sharing content in facebook groups. While my site's facebook page has only 4900 followers, we reach between 25-60,000 people per week on facebook by sharing in groups

Revenue challenges

As essentially a one man show, time is my biggest challenge. My closing rate for ad sales is very high, over 60%, but that is because I pick the low hanging fruit and don't put time into sales
